Spring Dressage at Blue Ribbon

With prior permission of show secretary, with additional fees applying, the entry filled out manually may be submitted electronically to pearlie.rohrbacher@gmail.com. All late fees will apply. Other document required with electronic submission are: membership cards for rider, owner, horse, trainer, coach, federation agreement signed, USEF waiver of liability signed, Blue Ribbon waiver of liability signed, Coggins, USEF vaccination record. NOTE: if rider is a minor, all documents must be signed by parent/legal guardian. Regardless of entry submission method, hard copy documentation is required to be on file with the show secretary for all riders, owners, horses, trainers, coaches. Entries are not valid without this documentation. No exceptions -federation agreement signed -USEF waiver of liability signed -Blue Ribbon waiver of liability signed -USEF vaccination record documenting Equine Influenza Virus and Equine Herpes Virus (Rhinopneumonitis) vaccinations within 6 months (Refer to Rule GR845 in its entirety for details) -Coggins within 12 months (Refer to Rule GR845 in its entirety for details) -Copies of USEF, USDF, CDS membership cards for riders and owners (trainers/coaches only need USEF membership) -Copies of USEF, USDF current horse registration (or lifetime horse registrations) -Adult Amateur rider must provide copy of USEF AA Ride times and results will be emailed and posted on www.startboxscoring.com. ARENA: 220’ x 85’ arena with new footing (dressage arena 60 m x 20 m), fenced warm-up arena with sand footing and one 60 foot round pen for lunging. Lunging in round pen only with a lunge line. Horses are not permitted in competition arena on a show day at any time other than scheduled riding times. VIOLATION will be cause for ELIMINATION.
