We are seeking nominations for 3 upcoming openings on the UDS board.

1. 
   

Secretary:

1. 
   

Must demonstrate organizational aptitude

1. 
   

The Secretary shall take accurate minutes of all meetings of the Board of Directors and of all meetings of the members

1. 
   

The Secretary shall maintain the minutes and the permanent records of the UDS

1. 
   

Treasurer:

1. 
   

Must have previous business financial management experience

1. 
   

The Treasurer shall be responsible for the books of UDS and shall maintain UDS financial records.

1. 
   

Education Director:

1. 
   

The Director of Education shall develop programming to meet the needs of the members (organize UDS clinics)

Monthly meetings are held remotely; you do not need to travel for meetings!

The 2 year term begins January 1st of 2019.

This is an elected volunteer position open to current adult board members. Election will take place in October.
